The Home Care Program is for members of the 4 bands First Nations who require medical treatment or assistance in their home.

Wound Care
If you or your loved one are recovering from a surgical procedure or have been discharged from the hospital with a wound that needs clinical care, our wound care services can ensure that the proper healing process occurs, resulting in a quick and worry-free recovery.
Case Management
Coordination care and advocating for members of the 4 nations community. We work collaboratively with other medical care providers to ensure you are receiving the best treatment possible.

Personal Care Services are essential care to your loved ones in their home. Health Care Aides provide assistance and support in the daily living activities (grooming, bathing, mobility) of community members based on individual needs.
In-Home Respite
We understand that as a caregiver, caring for a loved one can be stressful. Our respite care program provides planned short-term and time-limited breaks for caregivers. Respite care offers you time to take care of yourself.
